BLOSSOM is an exclusive, year-long one-on-one mentorship program for burlesque performers who are ready to grow with intention, build confidence, and elevate their creative voice. Guided personally by Miss Rachel Riot, this program offers steady support, clear structure, and personalized guidance for artists at every stage — whether you’re brand new, developing a signature act, or learning to market yourself with confidence.
 
Only four mentees are accepted into the 2026 cohort, ensuring deeply individualized attention and meaningful growth over the course of the year.
 
Each mentee chooses one of three personalized tracks — Beginner, Act Development, or Marketing & Branding — and receives:
12 monthly 45-minute one-on-one sessions
3 flexible mentorship hours for deeper coaching
Monthly assignments to build consistency and progress
A monthly small-group meeting for connection & encouragement
A clear goal-setting system broken into yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly steps
Training in low-cost marketing and visibility strategies
Access to professional resources, festival lists, templates, and planning tools
 
Beginner and Act Development mentees are invited to travel to Raleigh, NC (travel self-funded) to perform with Raleigh Burlesque in the second half of 2026.

Marketing & Branding mentees receive a three-part social media feature series, an email spotlight, and a personal brand review to help elevate their visibility and professionalism.
